I don't know if I've ever had a favorite piece of jewelry. At least not for sentimental value. But that was until Sean got me this necklace. Ever since we started dating, he has called me "bird" for various silly and sweet reasons that I will not get into, but it is a term of endearment that takes on many forms:
Lady bird.
Little bird.
Baby bird.
Big bird.
My bird.
So when my birthday came around, he gifted me the gold disc necklace stamped with a little bird figure from Nashelle and I melted like a popsicle on the fourth of July. It was such a thoughtful gift and I love it so much that I can hardly take it off. It just means too much...
