Hi.

Do I look different?

It's been five months since I've updated and in some ways I feel years older.

I'm both sad by and grateful for the break from blogging, but happy to report that I'm going to get back at it.

I missed it. I missed you. Heck, I missed me.

Since my last post, I have successfully taught my first college class (now teaching my second course), been to Florida to visit twice (for spring break and for my brother's high school graduation), had a root canal the same time Sean had pink eye (that was fun....), graduated with my Master's degree (chicka chicka yeaaaa), and been consumed by the job search (more on that later).

The latter is what mostly kept me away from the blog. 

Some very recent happenings have left me feeling lighter, with a more accurate perspective and have provided me the zest for blogging again. So we're doing this.

It's good to be back.
