During my blogger hiatus, I forgot to tell you about my new glasses. 

These are real babies. Not those fake nerd glasses that are all over the blogosphere. We don't do fake around these parts. Except for fake tummy aches to get back rubs from Boyfriend and fake cooking i.e. emptying the take-out containers onto real plates and hiding the evidence.

I've had bad eyesight since I was 8 and have lived in a world of contacts because I've always, always hated my glasses. I've got an unusually large noggin with even more unusually narrow temples. Making for the worst frame for wearing frames. 

Until my consultant (I'm serious, Jay from Eola Eyes is a fashionista) picked out these Tory Burch babies and I've been in love ever since.
