Do you watch Glee?
Well you should! And if you are thinking about joining the Gleeks, maybe start with last nights episode, because it was great.
They incorporated such an amazing message- love yourself because you were born great.
Last night's Glee featured Gaga's song "Born This Way" and the whole cast wore t-shirts listing something about themselves that they were once ashamed of, but are embracing because it's who they are.
It got me thinking, what would my t-shirt say?
I was really self conscience of my ears for a long time. But that past after the 6th grade when I finally started growing into them.
I went through a stage where I hated my body. (What girl hasn't?) I "developed" when I really just wanted to continue have a stick straight figure. I've learned to embrace my curves.
I've never been a big fan of my teeth. I kinda have two big front teeth, but I'd hate braces so...I just roll with it.
After thinking this over for a while, I've decided. My t-shirt would probably say "COMPLEXION." Not that I am need of dire dermatological treatment, but I've never had really great skin. Even at 23, I still get blemishes and could never go out in public without some concealer. It seems no matter what I do, I'm just destined to live a life with a couple extra friends on my face.
That goodness for make-up.

What would your t-shirt say?

I love Glee and loved last nights episode. I think I made a shirt, it would say something about my arms because I really don't like my arms and my nose because it has a dimple in it. I called it my "butt nose." But I definitely learned to love my nose.

Glee last night was great. So many of the songs were just incredible. I thought about what my shirt would say too, and it would either be "short hair (that never grows, even when I try (I might have to use the back of the shirt too)) or stubby nails, or curves.
