Stress Free

Only two more weeks of classes, then finals, then....well the rest of my life. There is a lot of stress and worry flying around, and not enough motivation.
I pride myself on living a very stress free life style and have decided that this is perfect time to share some low stress secrets. Hope this helps!

50 Ways to Live Stress Free
-Get up 15 minutes earlier.
-Prepare for the morning the night before.
-Don't rely on your memory! Write things down.
-Make duplicate keys.
-Say "NO" more often.
-Set priorities in your life.
-Avoid negative people.
-Ask for help with jobs you dislike.
-No one can read your mind. Speak up.
-Break large tasks into bite sized portions.
-Remember, perhaps it's not personal.
